The Analog Main Board (AMB) and Analog Option Board (AOB) provide embedded analog capability for the CX II, CXi II, and MXe III controllers. The MXe supports only an AMB. The AMB provides Loop Start, ONS, Music On Hold, and Paging circuits. The AOB is an optional board installed on the AMB that provides additional Loop Start circuits, ONS circuits, and a Paging circuit.
NOTES
Before you program AMB and AOB, ensure that the system is licensed.
The AMB and AOB part numbers are associated with the specified controller.
Analog boards do not support high voltage message waiting indicators on ONS sets
CO trunks on the AMB and AOB support DTMF signaling only; rotary dial pulse signaling is not supported.
For installation instructions, refer to the Technician's Handbook.
